Return and Refund Policy

All Vedras artwork sales are final once an order is confirmed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, preference, placement, scale, framing decisions, or natural variations in colour, texture, finish, or screen display.

If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tamiesh@vedras.co with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement where possible, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared, packed, shipped, or otherwise committed for fulfilment.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
